1. Measuring options:
You can submit individual measurements using the On-Line Measurement Form; or, the Mail-In Measurement Form or, you can choose Generic Sizing. Generic sizing is helpful for ordering multiple robes in various sizes. If you choose generic sizing, write the sizes required in the "Comments Section" as you proceed through the electronic PAYPAL ordering system.
2. Crosses, Galloon Trims, Fringes and Tassels:
The Cross selection is shown above. Click the image to enlarge. You may choose what ever style you like. Cross Style #3 is a cross made from the Galloon Trim that is used on the Vestments. You May choose either of the three crosses for your vestments.
If your vestment fabric requires metallic crosses and trim, that will be used. The metallic crosses in style 1 and 2 above are available in Gold or Silver. If your vestment fabric requires rayon crosses and trim, that will be used. The rayon crosses are available in colors to match the trim. The colors are: gold, white, red, blue, purple and green.
Galloon Trims:
It is preferred you allow us to pick the best match of galloon trim for your fabric. It is possible that the color and style of a trim, may not be complementary to the fabric chosen; allowing us to choose the best match eliminates disappointment.
Fringes and Tassels:
Fringes on Orarions and Epitrachelions will be chosen to best match your fabric. Generally rayon fringes are used in gold. Fringes can be metallic. If your vestment fabric is a very expensive metallic fabric, metallic fringes will be chosen. Rayon fringes do come in colors. The colors are: gold, white, red, green, purple and blue. If you like colored fringes perhaps to match a colored cross and you have a preference, feel free to make note of this when you order.
Tassels are used on the Epigonation. They will be chosen to match your fringe and trim.
3. Optional Emblems and Cross Sets:
Optional emblems and cross sets are available at additional cost and are subject to availability. Contact us with your inquiry.
4. Order Process:
All vestments are made to order. Please allow a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for your order to be completed. In very busy times, this could be longer. When your order is received, you will be given an approximate delivery date.
On-line ordering requires you provide the following information in the "Comments" section as you proceed through the PAYPAL ordering process:
1. Fabric Color choice. You will be choose the type of fabric you want during the order process, but you must tell us in the "Comments" section of the ordering process what color you would like of the fabric you choose.
2. Orarion Length (short or long), if applicable.
3. Yoke Preference (with or without), if applicable.
4. Generic sizing if ordering multiple altar server robes.
Mail-in ordering requires you to fill out a measurement form and an order form then mail or fax them in with your payment. Please note that we ship only within the USA. We do not take credit/debit card orders over the phone or fax! Credit/debit/electronic check payments are only accepted through the PAYPAL internet system only.
