Pricing:

• All prices are subject to change without notice. All fabrics and trims featured are subject to availability.
  
  
• Because all products are made to order, all orders and purchases are final; items are not returnable; and, there are no refunds or exchanges. Orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds either through PAYPAL, or by personal check.
  
  
• We do not sell fabrics, trims, crosses or emblems separately. All items shown are only for your selection in completing your vestment order.
  
  
  

Sewing:

• All sewing is custom and prepared on a "first order in, first order out" basis. Generally, depending on the size and complexity of your order, you may expect to receive your items within 8 to 12 weeks. When your order is received and paid in full, you will be provided with an approximate completion date.
  
  
• For Vestments, religious apparel and Altar cloths, a measurement sheet must accompany Orders. Customers assume full responsibility for measurement errors. Alterations resulting from customer errors are billed at $15 per hour with a 1-hour minimum; and, a minimum shipping charge of $12.95 will also be billed to return the altered garment to the customer.
  
  
• For Ecclesiastical Garments not featured in our Catalogs and sewing for other Christian Religions, commissioned work is billed at $15.00 per hour with a 1-hour minimum plus the cost of materials.
  
  
• Repairs: We will replace linings, repair and tailor all Christian ecclesiastical vesture. The rate is $15.00 an hour with a 1-hour minimum plus the cost of materials.
  
  
  

Shipping Costs:

• 5% is added to your order for Shipping and Handling Costs. $12.95 is the minimum charge for shipping.

Sales Tax:

• New York State Residents, who are not tax-exempt, are required to pay 8.00%. This will be applied to your order automatically unless you submit your tax exemption certificate prior to invoicing.
