1. Length of shoulder seam from bottom of collar to end of shoulder

2. Sleeve Length (Hold arm slightly out to side to take the measurement from the top of the shoulder to where you would like the sleeve to end (if outer cassock and you want the sleeve to end beyond the finger tips, take your measurement to beyond the finger tips)

3. Neck Size (Measure around the fullest part of the neck)

4. Waist. To find waist, bend to the side, the crease is where the waist is, measure around that location.

5. Bottom of collar to the waist, at the BACK.

6. Bottom of collar to bottom of garment, BACK

7. Bottom of collar to bottom of garments, FRONT. (This would be where you would like the length to fall in the front. Wear shoes you would normally wear to take this measurement

8. Shoulder Width

9. Chest (Measure around fullest part under the arms)

10. Weight (Please list in pounds)
